Riza Santos, 23, a Calgary beauty queen of Filipino, Spanish, and Chinese ancestry, was crowned Miss World Canada 2011 at the River Rock Show Theater in Richmond on May 19, 2011.

Miss World 2011, the 61st edition of the Miss World pageant is scheduled to take place at the Earls Court Exhibition Centre on November 6, 2011 in London. Miss World 2010, Alexandria Mills of the United States will crown her successor at the end of the event.
